•   Administrations of the districts (Uluses) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) - 8,0005%;
•   Other legal entities and individuals - 12,373%.

  The Almazy Rossii-Sakha Company was established under a Presidential Decree following a July 25, 1992 meeting of its founders in the city of Yakutsk.

  Almazy Rossii-Sakha was registered on August 13, 1992 in the city of Mirny.

  The Company commenced its industrial and commercial operation on January 1st, 1993.

  Pursuant to a decision taken by the Shareholders' General Meeting on June 27, 1998, the full and abbreviated name of the Company has been changed to ALROSA. These changes were registered by the Administration of the Mirny Ulus on August 26, 1998
