The new air company was created on the base of Mirny Aviation Division to become its successor with all the approvals from the Russian Ministry of Transport, Rosaviation, and ICAO, licenses, certificates, codes and radio call signs.
Today the air company is in charge of ALROSA’s surface facilities, including airports.

ALROSA Air Company Ltd. operates helicopters MI-8, MI-171, and passenger airplanes AN-24, AN-26-100, AN-38-100, TU-134Б, TU-154М, Boeing-737-700. ALROSA Air Company Ltd. also operates cargo aircrafts AN-26 with the carrying capacity of up to 5.5 tons and IL-76TD with the carrying capacity of up to 50 tons. The Company offers charter flights in Russia and international charters to the countries of CIS, Asia, Europe, airplanes TU-134 and TU-154М.
ALROSA Air Company Ltd. was established to solve the tasks of air-transport support for ALROSA and western uluses of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

- Cargo air transport services for ALROSA, legal entities and natural persons;
- Special operations, including transportation of shift teams, prospecting, aerial photography, etc.;
